Hi Micki! I remeasured again today (multiple times) and the measurement listed is actually correct. My average of all the times I measured came out slightly lower this time so I changed it to 340 grams (because a 12oz bag would be sufficient, but 376 would be totally fine, too), but no a 10 oz bag would not be enough for this recipe. That being said, if it’s all you have on hand I would use it and I’m sure they’ll still be good!

Hmm, yes you’re right, 10 oz should be enough for this recipe (I’m embarrassed, I’m very careful with my weights and use them myself) . I’m going to reweigh this. Though if you do end up using that many M&Ms, please don’t panic your cookies will still be delicious!

Are you sure about the gram measurement of the m&m’s? I poured a full 10oz bag of m&m’s onto my scale and didn’t even come close to 376 grams – with no extras left for topping.

Hi Mike! I would recommend making my eggless chocolate chip cookies, add the peppermint extract and food coloring, and substitute the chocolate chips there for red and green M&Ms. I hope that helps!
