First time making any type of cookie and
These were fantastic . Just enough sweetness. I had to redo icing (added too much milk) and it was just the right consistency.

could I use Aluminum foil instead of Parchment paper? I don’t have parchment paper and can’t afford it right now

I’ve made a recipe like this many times, and recommend two things. They will have a better lighter texture if you beat the eggs into the butter sugar mixture. Add a touch of lemon extract to the glaze so it pops the flavor. Enjoy.
