Hi Donna, coffee is served on the side 🙂 Coffee cake is a cake traditionally served with coffee, it doesn’t contain coffee as an ingredient.

Hi Marilyn! I haven’t tried it with gluten free flour and unfortunately I’m not very familiar with using it so I can’t say for sure how it would turn out. If you do try it, I would love to know how it turns out. 🙂
