My family and I really enjoyed this recipe & I loved that everything cooked in 1 pan. I think adding the lemon wedges early made the orzo a little bitter, so next time, I’ll just add it after the broth is absorbed, but other than that, this was a great recipe and it’ll be in our dinner rotation from now on.
